Help and Dash¶

For agents, users, and managers.

Help¶

Every screen can open Help. On the home screen, Give Feedback and Feature Request open the support email form (same Help panel).

Help explains the page you are on: what it is for, and what to click next (Save, Approve, Reload, and similar).

If the page has tabs, Help can change when you change tab.

Use Help when you want a short answer. Use this wiki when you want a full walkthrough.

Dash¶

Dash is the assistant in the portal. One Dash serves Australia and the United States. It answers using the same knowledge as Help and this wiki, including office options your agency has not turned on.

Good questions:

“How do I add one listing to this magazine without reloading everything?”
“Where did Approve go?”
“What’s the difference between a QR scan and a click?”
“How do I start the next magazine?”
“Why does this listing have two rows in Statistics?”
“How do I change the listing Web ID or QR destination?”
“How do I use Mag Selector?”
“Is AI text shorten a paid option?”
“How do I send someone a login?”

Ask about the screen you are looking at, or about an option you do not see — Dash still knows it. For a longer guide, open the matching page on this wiki.

While Dash is working¶

Dash usually replies within 10–30 seconds. If it needs longer you see “I'm looking that up — one moment.” and then “Dash is typing…” while the answer is on its way. Leave the panel open.
If nothing arrives after a few minutes, the panel says “Dash didn't reply in time” and shows an Email Support button. Send your question again, or use the button — support picks it up from there.
If Dash answered but stops before you are done, ask again in the same chat. Your conversation stays in the panel while you move between pages.
