Office options

For agents, users, and managers.

Australia and the United States run the same portal. You sign in at www.myrealestate.express (AU) or myhub.express (US). This wiki and Dash cover every option below — including ones your office has not turned on.

If you cannot see a control, it is off for your agency (or it is a possible paid option). Ask your manager or support. Do not assume the feature does not exist.

Possible paid options

These use AI. They are not on by default. An office can request them; they may be charged.

Option What you would notice Where
AI Text Shorten On a new listing that has Long Copy and at least one photo, the fields your office chose (for example A4 / A3 Brochure only) are shortened once to the length your office set. Reload on that field copies Long Copy in again and shortens once more. Trim does the same shorten when you click it. Some fields use a simple cut; others get an AI rewrite. The rewrite does not repeat the street address, suburb, or bed / bath / car counts, because those already sit on the brochure heading. Later CRM updates keep changing Heading and Long Copy only. Listing Copy
AI Watermark Removal Photos on new listings are cleaned of agency watermarks once the listing has Long Copy and at least one photo, on the brochure slots your office chose. Floor plans are never touched. Listings from before the option was turned on are not changed — support can clean one for you on request. Listing Images
AI Image Categorisation Photos on a new listing get a short description and a category name (Kitchen, Living, Pool…) after the listing has Long Copy and at least one photo. The job does not start on an empty new feed. Photos that already have a category are left alone. With Second pass on, one photo per listing is also picked as the Hero for each Hero name your office set up (for example Hero Kitchen). Support can run either pass on an older listing for you. Listing Images
AI Image Position New listings have their brochure photo slots filled once, automatically, using the categories above — after Long Copy, at least one photo, and categorisation. After that, only an empty Floor plan slot is filled if a floor plan photo arrives later. Once you save the Images tab, the main slots stay as you left them. Support can re-run it on a listing for you. Listing Images, then the editor

If you ask Dash “can we do AI shorten / watermark / auto-place photos?”, the answer is yes, as a possible paid option — ask support. It is not missing from the platform.

Options your office can request

These are in the product today. Many agencies never see them until they ask. They are not paid AI products.

Option What it does Where you notice it
Extra copy fields More wording blocks on every listing (often Copy 4–6, or titles such as A4 / A3 Brochure). Listing Copy
Copy tools (Reload / Trim / Aa) Reload copies Long Copy into that field again (and shortens it if AI Text Shorten is on for that field). Trim shortens to the length your office set. Aa is the case changer (ALL CAPS → sentence case when Smart Case is on). On a new listing that already has Long Copy and a photo, extra copy fields are filled from Long Copy once, then Trim and Aa run on their own. Listing Copy
Auto Trim Same Trim control — it uses the length your office set for that field (or the office's recommended lengths if none is set). Listing Copy
Case changer The Aa button. Smart Case and a proper-nouns list are office settings. Listing Copy
Field names and lengths Your office can rename the labels you see and set how long each wording field may be. Any listing field
Listing field sets Extra groups of fields on a listing: lease / rental, commercial, inspection and open times, study, exclusivity, category, a video or web link, and the number of feature points. Your office picks which sets show. Listing Details and Copy
Banners Sold, Under Offer, Auction, New Listing, Open, and similar sit on the listing block. Your office chooses which banners you may pick. Listing + Print Editor
Properties and Magazines menus Each menu appears only when your office has that product. An office that prints boards and brochures but no booklet will not see Magazines. Top menu
MyFiles A MyFiles button in the top menu opens your office file locker. Upload PDF, images, CSV, Excel, and Word files; organise folders and tags; add notes. Files stay with this office only. My Files
CRM A CRM button and a live listing Contacts tab for vendors, buyers, and other people, plus a calendar, matter files, seeded checklists, and birthday / congrats card jobs. People stay with this office only. If you do not see it, the option is off — ask support. It is not on for every office. CRM, listing Contacts
Not Real Estate Customer The Properties menu is hidden and the listings list cannot be opened. On the home screen, Open Magazines, View Properties, and View latest Properties stay on the page but do nothing (no error). The Magazines menu and Order Products still work. New home tiles will replace those later. Home, top menu
Magazine listing order The order listings land in after Reload All — for example auctions first, then suburb, then price high to low; or price only; or sold date first. One setting per office. Magazines, Print Editor
Hold Mag Hold on / Hold off on each pending magazine. Magazines start unlocked. Hold on keeps listings already in that booklet on the pages after they leave the feed. Mag-ticked inactive listings stay on Properties Current in light red. Magazines, Print Editor, Properties
Enhanced Fillers Filler ads can span several columns and rows and run off the edge of the page (full-width section headers). Span sets width and height, Bleed lets the artwork run off the page, Inset / gap pulls it in from the sidebar or the listing row below. Offices without this option still place artwork on a page and line. Print Editor, Magazines
Status column First column on Properties: Active, Pending, Off market, Sold, Withdrawn from the CRM / feed — not Archive. Properties
Mag Selector Grey control on Properties Current only. Bulk Mag tick / untick for the whole agency. Does not rebuild a booklet — use Reload All after. Select all Active skips Pending. Properties
Auto-archive Listings that have been Sold and/or Withdrawn for a set number of days (your office chooses, 7–400) move to Archived on their own. Properties
Download on Orders A Proof, Print, or Print Trim button on approved jobs so you can download the PDF yourself. Orders
Photo category names A dropdown of category names your office defined. Needed before AI categorisation can assign a name. Add Floorplan or Floor Plan for the floor plan slot. If Second pass is on, names that start with Hero are reserved for that pass. Listing Images
Listing website from listing ID Some offices have Web ID filled automatically as their website base URL plus the CRM listing ID (for example https://www.example.com.au/office/L123). You can still edit Web ID on Details and Save. A Lock next to Web ID (if your office has it) stops later automatic changes. Listing Details

Region settings (both platforms)

These are available on both Australia and the United States. An office turns them on where they work — they are not tied to one country.

Setting Typical use Notes
Land and building units m², hectares, squares, acres, Sqft Number and unit stay in the same box. A listing keeps the unit it already has.
US listing fields School district, subdivision, unit number, acres, default Sqft for new listings, magazine address / price / agent lines Often on for US offices. An Australian office can have the same fields if they ask.
Login and 2FA style How sign-in and second-step codes behave Follows the region you signed in from.

Currency, tax label, and the login host follow the region (AU vs US). The buttons and options above do not.

Quick answers

  • I can't see a button the wiki describes. It is probably off for your office. It can still be turned on — ask your manager or support and point at this page.
  • Is it paid? Only the AI products in the first table (text shorten, watermark removal, categorisation with second pass, position). Everything in the second table is a normal office option.
  • I ticked Mag but the booklet did not change. Ticking Mag or using Mag Selector never rebuilds an open magazine. Use Reload All in the editor.
  • Listings are in the wrong order in the booklet. That is the office's magazine listing order. Ask support to change it.
