Statistics and reports¶
For agents, users, and managers.
Statistics shows how your magazines and printed QRs are performing. Open it from the menu, or View Statistics on the home screen.
There are four tabs: Magazines, Properties, Campaigns, and Reports.
You only see your agency’s figures. The first tab is Magazines. The first period is the last 30 days. Agents often land here after login.
Time range and real visitors¶
Use Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or All time. Several tabs also have Print Report.
Verified Traffic Only (where you see it) hides junk and known bot hits so opens and QR scans reflect real people. Leave it on unless you are investigating odd numbers.
Clicks and QR scans¶
These are not the same thing.
| Word on the screen | What happened | Where you see it |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks | Someone tapped a link inside a magazine (the online flipbook) | Magazines tab; Properties eBook and Clicks |
| QR Scans | Someone scanned a printed QR (or opened that short link) | Properties QR Scans; Campaigns QR Scans |
Campaigns only count QR scans. Magazine flipbooks are where clicks come from.
Magazines¶
This tab is booklet performance: how people used the online magazine.
You will typically see Total Opens, Unique Readers, Avg Time, and Avg Pages Viewed. Click a magazine to focus on it, or Show All. Print a report when you need a copy.
Use this tab for “how did this booklet do?” — not for board or brochure QR counts.
Properties¶
This tab is activity by listing and by QR.
The same street address can appear more than once:
- Once for the listing QR used in magazines
- Again for each brochure QR (A4, Square, Just Listed DL, and so on)
Under the address, a brochure row shows the brochure name in small text, then that QR’s short link — the same style as the listing code.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Address | The listing. Brochure name and short link sit underneath when it is a brochure QR |
| Clicks | Activity for that link |
| eBook | Taps from the online magazine |
| QR Scans | Scans of that printed QR |
| Unique | Different visitors |
| Engagement / last activity | How it compares, and when it last happened |
Search the table. Export downloads a spreadsheet, including the brochure name and short link.
Creating or printing a campaign does not change the listing QR used in magazines.
Campaigns¶
Use Campaigns to track a specific drop: a brochure, a board, a letterbox piece, or a custom website (for example a Results Drop).
Each campaign QR is unique. It does not replace the listing QR in magazines.
Brochures (automatic)¶
When you preview or print a property brochure or a bundle:
- The magazine still uses the listing QR
- Each brochure in the pack gets its own QR
- Printing the same brochure again uses the same QR
On this tab you will see the address, the brochure name underneath, and that QR. A scan of Just Listed DL counts on the Just Listed row only — not on the Square or A4 row.
Create a campaign yourself¶
Use this for a custom website or a pending product that does not have a QR yet.
- Open Statistics → Campaigns.
- Under New campaign:
- Choose a pending product, or leave None — custom campaign
- Enter a name (for example Results Drop 2026)
- For a custom campaign, enter the website people should land on
- Click Create QR.
Creating the same pending product again shows the QR you already have. You get a new QR only for a new campaign or a new brochure in the pack.
The numbers¶
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total QR Scans | Scans of your campaign QRs in the period you chose |
| Unique visitors | Different people |
| Campaigns | How many campaign QRs you have |
| Avg Scans | Average scans per QR |
The chart is Campaign QR Scans Over Time. The table shows the campaign, type, destination, short link, a QR download, scans, unique visitors, and last activity. You can search, print, and export.
Magazine QRs stay as they are
Creating a campaign never changes the listing QR already used in magazines.
Reports¶
Generate Custom Report builds a report from the same figures.
Types you will typically see:
- QR Scan Summary
- Property Performance
- Magazine Engagement
- Campaign Performance
Choose the type, the time period, and whether you want to view it, download a spreadsheet, or download a PDF. Then Generate Report.
Campaign Performance includes the brochure name and QR scans.
Listing QR versus brochure QR¶
| QR | Where it is created | Where it is used | Where you read the scans |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listing QR | Set Web ID on the listing Details tab and Save. If the short URL is still missing, open the listing Statistics tab and click Generate. You cannot edit Web ID on Statistics. | Magazines | Statistics → Properties (the row without a brochure name). Download the QR or copy the short URL on the listing Statistics tab |
| Brochure / campaign QR | Preview or print, or Campaigns → Create QR | That brochure, board, or custom piece | Statistics → Campaigns, and Properties (row with the brochure name) |
